Chewy, chocolatey, moist and oh so good. These are the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever made. Really. Not lying. Good luck trying to keep these around though, they have a tendancy to dissapear!!
2 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1 pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
In one bowl mix flour, soda and salt. In another bowl cream margarine, sugars, vanilla and egg. Blend with flour mix. Add chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons onto air bake cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 8-10 minutes. Cool on pans and remove and enjoy
